Hi, and welcome to my website!!
My name is Mary DeFlavio and I'm a Realtor with over 25 years experience in real estate and the building/construction industry.
We moved here from Worcester, MA in 2000 and have been calling North Carolina home ever since! I’m lucky to have two wonderful grown children, a great husband, and an adorable golden retriever. Whenever I have some free time I enjoy gardening, going to the beach,"trying" to learn how to golf, and boating on the Intracoastal Waterway.
I earned my Massachusetts real estate license in the 1980’s where I worked in the construction/real estate industry for over 10 years. Afer moving to NC and obtaining my North Carolina real estate license in 2001 I have been working with both buyers and sellers ever since.
Real Estate is my business and I take it seriously. I invest a significant amount of my time and money in furthering my education, and hold the following designations which validates my level of experience as well as my commitment to my business;
CRS - The Certified Residential Specialist: I am one of only 3% of all Realtors who hold their Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation
ABR - The Accredited Buyer Representative Designation is the benchmark of excellence in Buyer representation.
SRES - A Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) is a REALTOR® who is uniquely qualified to assist seniors in housing sales and purchases.
